Unlike a hosted wallet, you don’t need to share any personal information to start using your non-custodial wallet, not even an email address. This guarantees you 100% privacy.
The app shows you a 12-word phrase as a private key. Safely back up your recovery phrase. If you lose this 12-word phrase, you won’t be able to access your wallet. Customer service will not be able to recover it for you.
Keep your recovery phrase in a secure place that is not connected to the internet (not in your photo gallery or notes app on your smartphone, not in a chat app).
Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. Never enter your recovery phrase on any website or app other than your wallet app.
Customer service of LYOWALLET will never ask you for your recovery phrase. If you lose your recovery phrase, customer support cannot recover it. Private keys are not shared with the app or its admins.
Send a transaction to your LYOWALLET wallet, and start using it to trade and make transactions.
